REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
All items sold in our store are custom print-on-demand products made specifically for each order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:
- Defective products
- Printing errors or quality issues
- Incorrect items shipped
- Items damaged during shipping (proof required)
To report a problem: Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos showing the issue. We will review each case and provide a replacement or refund for verified defects or errors.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or color selected by customer
- Normal wear and tear
Processing refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
